The "TVC Series" is a fully compensated pressure sensor package that can provide stable output in environments ranging from -40°C to 150°C, suitable for liquid and corrosive media. The "MEMS Silicon Die (J Series)" is mounted on the top of the ceramic pressure port, allowing pressure to be applied from the back of the die. This structure ensures that the measuring medium does not come into contact with the ceramic, silicon, or die bond materials.
